This privacy policy applies to the Puzzly Android application.

Data collected by the application
#

Puzzly does not collect, store or transmit any personal data. There is no user account, no sign-up and no form.

Settings and game progress are stored on your device only and are deleted when you uninstall the application.

Advertising (Google AdMob)
#

Puzzly displays ads served by Google AdMob, a service of Google Ireland Limited. This is the only third-party service embedded in the application.

To serve and measure those ads, AdMob may collect and process some data from your device, in particular:

  • the Android Advertising ID or an equivalent identifier;
  • the IP address, and an approximate location derived from it;
  • device information (model, operating system, language, regional settings);
  • ad interaction data (impressions, clicks).

This data is processed by Google, acting as controller or processor depending on the case, and not by us. We only have access to aggregated, anonymous statistics (impression counts, revenue), which cannot identify an individual user.

More information:

Consent and choices#

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent dialog is shown the first time the application is launched. There you can accept or refuse personalised advertising. This choice can be changed at any time from the application settings.

You can also, from your Android device settings (Settings → Google → Ads):

  • reset your advertising ID;
  • delete your advertising ID;
  • opt out of ads personalisation.

Children
#

Puzzly is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any data about them.

This policy may be updated, in particular if the third-party services used change. The date at the top of this page indicates the last update.
